PI resources are available to train all users on the use of MS-Office Suite
Programs. Programs included in the suite are: MS-Word, MS-Excel,
MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook and MS-Access.
Other specific application trainings can be scheduled.
All trainings can be offered at your facilities or at PI’s facilities at your
convenience. We can setup different schedules for trainings for your
convenience.

PI provides all the staffing requirements for on-site support, on-call
support and after hours support agreements when needed. These agreements are
designed and customized based on the amount of PCs, printers and peripherals to
determine the amount of hours per week needed. PI’s support agreements have a
minimum response time of 2 hours.
