PI can also assign a Network Administrator that acts as a Project Manager for all your networking issues including the technical staff supervision.
		For your data, voice and video needs, PI automates your office using industry’s well-known hardware and software to maintain reliability. PI has a staff of certified system integrators required to work on your projects. How good is your network depends on how good are your systems installed and maintained.
		PI can provide systems and networks consulting for your needs. PI can provide a Systems Consultant to help you determine your needs and plan a specific strategy with your top management team. PI can also provide an Applications Consultant to help your company’s Analysts and Programmers on resolving their programming issues and providing ideas as well as implementing them. Also, PI can provide a Network Consultant to help your company analyze and design a cost-effective network solution.
		PI can either provide all systems needed to run your applications in PI’s facilities where your company will have PCs accessing our systems or provide all the necessary personnel to run your facility and your systems.
		PI resources are available to train all users on the use of MS-Office Suite Programs. Programs included in the suite are: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook and MS-Access. Other specific application trainings can be scheduled. All trainings can be offered at your facilities or at PI’s facilities at your convenience. We can setup different schedules for trainings for your convenience.
		PI provides all the staffing requirements for on-site support, on-call support and after hours support agreements when needed. These agreements are designed and customized based on the amount of PCs, printers and peripherals to determine the amount of hours per week needed. PI’s support agreements have a minimum response time of 2 hours.
